This data set contains the names, salaries and departments of all employees in the city of Winter Park, as of June 3, 2021. The data has been provided by the city clerk. The city’s exempt and hourly wage workers are included in this data set. Under the federal Fair Labor Standards Act, an exempt employee is one who does not qualify to receive overtime pay or to work for minimum wage. Exempt employees are salaried rather than hourly, and their work tends to be executive or professional in nature.
